Guideline

Those who wish to submit a paper (including Keynote and Invited speakers) must submit the Abstract by January 20, 2025. Please follow the instructions below for the submission of abstracts.

Deadline for Abstract Submission

23:59 of January 20, 2025

Please note that after 23:59 of January 20, 2025, acceptance of abstracts through the server will automatically be closed and submissions will no longer be accepted.
The Internet line is expected to be busy just before the deadline, so we recommend submitting your abstracts early.

Submission of Abstract

The Secretariat bears no responsibility for any problems in the abstract submission process due to the user's computer environment.

Instructions on Preparation of Abstract

  • We recommend saving your submission file in PDF format on your desktop and having it ready to upload.
  • After entering all the required information about the authors and the abstract itself, please click "File Upload," and a window for your choice of files will open.
    Please choose the file you saved from the list and click the "Upload" button.
  • Please turn to the Next page and confirm your submitted information. If you need to correct the information, please click the "Back" button at the bottom of the page to fix it. If your submitted data is OK, please click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to complete your submission.
  • Refer to this file for a template.

Please only close your browser once your submission is complete, otherwise it will become invalid.

Please note the Secretariat cannot be responsible for the input contents of your submission, so please check your abstract carefully before sending it.

Cancellation Policy

Until 28 February: The amount remaining will be refunded after deducting an administration fee of JPY 10,000. Refunds will be made after the end of APATCC-11.

After 1 March: No refund
